Track type: MIDI Out
Currently Sand allows track output to be dedicated to different MIDI channels, but the drawback is that the track itself lacks the Macro controls. Recommendation to create a MIDI out track type, that when assigned, allows the assignment of the basic MIDI macro controls, importantly, Pan, Envelopes, Volume, Damper/Sustain, etc.
