Self-playing plugins keep playing when no clip on their track is playing

Place a self-playing plugin such as Rozeta xox or hammerhead or Octachron or Riffler on a track. Create a clip on that track Hit play, but make sure that the clip is not playing. ->The plugin plays / sends midi Expected: the plugin plays/ sends midi only when a clip of the track is playing
