Note select / lasso tool

Add a note select button to the tool frame. When select is active, finger gestures on the piano roll do not control zoom or scroll, rather they only control the lasso tool. A drag controls the lasso in the conventional way. Using two fingers you can set the lasso begin and end positions, for faster and more efficient note selection.
